We have retained Michael Yanoff as our lawyer. He will present our position to Borough Council and the Planning Commission while the new rules are drafted. If the process goes against us, further legal action may be needed.
Where your money goes. Every dollar we receive, less payment-processing fees, pays for Mr. Yanoff’s work and nothing else. Donations are held in Our Narberth Inc.’s bank account and transferred to his client trust account as his bills come due.
Contributions or gifts to Our Narberth Inc. are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Our Narberth Inc. is a nonprofit corporation exempt from tax under section 501(c)(4).
Processing fees: cards 2.9% + 30¢; bank transfer (ACH) 0.8%, capped at $5; Venmo 1.9% + 10¢. A bank transfer costs us the least.
