This group has voiced our opinions on these zoning issues but are frustrated by the forward progression of these aggressive density changes.

We have retained legal counsel with Michael Yanoff and will take advantage of his services to communicate our exasperation to the Borough Council and the proposed vote on these aggressive zoning changes. Further legal challenges may be required as this process unfolds. It costs us to do this both emotionally and financially but it appears that this is the only course that will get the attention of the Planning Commission and Borough Council.

All money collected here goes to solely funding our representation by Michael Yanoff. The money is held in an account by Our Narberth Inc, a non profit 501(c)(4) corporation, and transferred to Michael Yanoff’s trust account on our behalf as funds are needed.
